Manual/Fax Reporting
Ideal for the small to mid-sized lender, or a lender that has a low frequency need for force placed/foreclosed insurance coverage. Utilizing Insurmark's reporting form, a lender can communicate to our office the required coverage additions and deletions based on actual loan servicing activity.
Our office provides the lender summary reports and all of the documentation necessary to keep the lender in compliance and to assist with record keeping. Premiums can be paid on an annual or monthly basis.
Once the billing options have been selected, the bank is sent a monthly invoice showing all coverage activity including property and coverage additions/deletions on a single report. Insurmark's invoice summary reports are adjusted net on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy in account reconciliation and eliminate recordkeeping nightmares. |
