  • Complete a Claim Form and notify Insurmark of losses as soon as possible
  • Document the damage to the property
  • Take photographs and inventory damage prior to cleanup
  • Photos and receipts should be saved for the claims adjusters’ review
  • When possible, make temporary repairs to help avoid further damage
