Commercial Flood Insurance

Ongoing legislative changes to the National Flood Insurance Program have led to rate increases, removal of subsidies, and mandatory surcharges. For small to medium commercial risks, our Primary Flood Insurance program offers a viable alternative solution to the NFIP. Our ability to write multiple buildings on one policy, at replacement cost, is just one of the differentiators of our private flood offering.

Deductible Buy-Back

This program mitigates first-dollar property loss exposure for commercial property owners who carry high wind and hail deductibles.

Program Features

  • Available Deductible Buy-Back options for coastal and inland commercial risks
  • $1 million maximum limit for any one Wind/Hail catastrophic occurrence
  • Maximum Total Insured Value (TIV) of $15 million per risk
  • Minimum attachment point, $5,000 per occurrence

Excess Flood Insurance

Mini Wind

Mini-Wind provides wind and hail coverage for residential and small commercial properties in the United States where primary insurance carriers have removed wind coverage from their policies.

Residential Condominium Building Association Policy (RCBAP)

Our Residential Condominium Building Association Policy offers competitive rates on Building and Association Personal Property located in A or V zones.  Designed for building three stories or higher, this policy is an alternative to the NFIP and is not subject to NFIP increases and fees.
